This year, Bishops Bay is partnering with Club Benchmarking to facilitate our Annual Member Survey. Their team has worked with us for several years on capital strategy planning and has presented at multiple Town Halls and Board meetings. By using their platform, we gain access to sophisticated tools and deeper data analysis than other survey services can provide.
The 2025 survey will be shorter than in previous years and more focused on day-to-day operations, helping us gather clearer insights to inform decision-making and future improvements at the Club.
