Chef's Features Menu

Below is a preview of the new Chef’s Features menu, which will be available starting next Tuesday. It’s always a tough call for me in terms of which one looks best, but I have to say that the Winter Squash Salad looked especially good.

Roasted Lamb Rack

Six bone lamb rack, mustard herb crust, rosemary-jus, roasted fingerling potatoes, and asparagus.

Broiled Walleye

$24

Eight-ounce Lake Superior walleye, seasoned and broiled. Accompanied by sauteed spinach and garlic whipped potatoes.

Coconut Shrimp

$18

Six large shrimp, panko and coconut crusted. House-made mango glaze, Door County lingonberry sweet and sour sauce. 

Broiled Walleye

$15

Harmony Farms local butternut squash, spinach, arugula, feta cheese, toasted walnuts, and house-made honey balsamic vinaigrette.
